We ship nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation SMS or email once your order is packed and dispatched.

3. Shipping Time

  • Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Some remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times depending on courier availability.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
  • You can track your shipment on the courier’s website using this number.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Couriers will make up to 2 delivery attempts.
  • If the parcel is not received or refused, it will be returned to us.
  • Re-delivery may require additional shipping coordination.

6. Delays & Exceptions

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Bad weather
  • Strikes or protests
  • Courier workload during peak seasons
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

We are not responsible for such delays once the order has been handed over to the courier company.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with photos.
  • If your package is lost, we will initiate an investigation with the courier.
  • Verified cases may result in a replacement or refund.
