Refund policy

At Nurture Champs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • You must initiate the return within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

📌 Returns are not accepted for items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Hygiene products (e.g., toothbrushes, baby feeders, etc.)
  • Opened or unsealed items
  • Items purchased during a sale or promotion (unless defective)

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos or video clearly showing the issue

We will verify the issue and offer a free replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.


4. Return Process

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or bank transfer.
  • Refunds are only given for the product amount; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
